Angela has a unique story. She was thrown into a world of chronic fatigue, joint pain, and severe muscle weakness in April, 2007. Simple daily tasks became a challenge, walking up the stairs and carrying her child were almost impossible. Her body was asking for help. Instead of listening to the signs and symptoms, she continued with her fast-paced life. She was like many of you, worked in Corporate America, traveled for work, ate most meals out, lived on diet caffeinated soda and sweets all while taking care of kids and family/home responsibilities. After visiting several doctor with no resolve she decided to take matters in her own hands. She spent months researching nutrition and changing her lifestyle. Making healthy choices has allowed her to regain her life and energy. This experience has allowed her to discover her passion. She has training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and has trained in more than one hundred dietary theories as well as studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. She is focused on each client’s bio-individual needs, taking all areas of health and life into consideration when working to achieve each clients goals. It is important to remember that a diet or lifestyle may work for one person, but it doesn’t mean it will work for everyone. She has lived in Colorado for 8 years with her husband and 2 children and now enjoys living in Eagle.
